In a recent test conducted on identical make and model with the exception of one being a factory flex fuel vehicle the cost of operation was 1 cent more for E85 per mile. Preliminary testing with our aftermarket technology indicates less fuel economy loss than the factory flex fuel vehicles. However, additional test data needs to be compiled before a meaningful comparison can be made. With the traditional cost of ethanol averaging 25% to 30% less than gasoline the cost differential is marginal.
